As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Lean Project Manager, I specialize in identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions, and implementing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.  My expertise spans process optimization, organizational restructuring, and workflow development. I’ve worked with countless teams to align people, processes, and performance, ensuring businesses don’t just grow—they grow sustainably.
